He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Noel, Jr. and Maggie Burton (Charles); and his siblings, Melvin Burton and Gwendolyn Sublett. He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley Southall (Andre), Michael Burton and Charles Burton; and his close friend Wayne "Andy" Phillips.
