She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Parrish and Tibitha Parrish; her daughter Tiffany Monique Parrish; and her sister Deborah Thomas. She is survived by: her daughter Dr. Tibitha Carie of Mace Omari, III.; her grandchildren, Omari Neal, IV, Isaiah Neal and Aubrey Neal; her stepdaughter Felicity Gurley; and her siblings, Carolyn Parrish, Ronald Parrish (Annette) and Dexter Parrish (Vanessa). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many devoted friends.
