He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Holmes and Zorine Holmes; his sister Virginia Ann Montgomery; and his uncle Ivey. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Baker-Holmes; his siblings, Linda Shade (Phil), Brenda Fuller, Sandra Farmer, David Holmes (Mary), William Holmes (Wanda), Ricky Holmes (Angela) and Larry Holmes; his stepchildren, Chereka Martin (Dieago), Angie Baker and Tasha Baker (Lorenzo); his grandchildren, Tim, Kelexis, Kelvin, Mara and King; his great grandchildren, Timothy III and Zahhir; and his nephew Lamont Montgomery. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
