He is survived by: his children, Michele Denise Jones (Chris), Yvonne Lee Burnett (Reggie), Joshua Jeremy Metcalf, Adam Douglass Metcalf (Devrie) and Janie-Marie Claire Sapon (David); and his siblings, Bonnie Eastmen and Dewey Metcalf, Jr.. He is also survived by his fifteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
