He is survived by: his wife Elouise Downing Williams; his sons, Kevin Williams (Anastasia) and Gregory Williams (Amanda); his mother-in-law Margaret Downing; his siblings, Morris Williams and Janice Williams; his sisters-in-law, Brenda Williams, Lynda Downing and Shay Downing; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Autumn, Wyatt Wayne-Williams, Alissa, Kylie and Jonathan.
