He is survived by: his children, Joseph Moss, Felicia Fregene, Halmon Lowe Jr. and Cynthia Bledsoe; his stepdaughter Tasha Phillips; and his grandchildren, Dannye Ivey Jr., Ebony Gladden (Curtis), La Tonia Innell (Garreth), Leonard Bledsoe, Makiya Lowe, Mya Lowe, Troy Jordan, Joseph Jordan, Joey Jordan, Michael Street, Wykeem Talib (Leanne), LaCresha Lowe, Keosha Lowe, Darius Lowe, Issac Fregene, Sade Fregene, Tavaris Phillips, Terell Phillips, Caleel Jackson, Shacara Lowe, Isabelle White and Haley Black. He is also survived by great great grandchildren; nephews; cousins; and friends.
