She is survived by: her husband Rodney Hopper; her children, Peyton Hopper and Abbigail Hopper; her close friends, Brandy and Nova; her parents, Angela Jerrolds (John) and Hulon Terry (Cindy); her sisters, April Smith (Dwaine) and Brittany Johnson (D. J.); her stepbrother Jacob Jerrolds (Sabrina); her sister Tasha McGee; her parents-in-law, Billy and Flora Hopper; and her sisters-in-law, Melissa Moffett (Billy) and Jennifer Perryman (Jay). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host if friends.

In Lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to the Ronald McDonald House in Heather's memory.
