In the vast expanse of eternity, Helen Annette shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Kelsey and Mattie Kelsey; and her brother Wayne Kelsey. She is survived by: her children, Timothy "Timmy" Scott (Jessica) and Derrek Smith (Jasmine Morgan); and her siblings, Bill Kelsey, Jimmy Dathan Kelsey, Roger Kelsey, Johnny Kelsey, Randy Kelsey and Patsy Matthews. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and a loving extended family.
