She was predeceased by: her husband Herschel; her parents, Carrie Nelson Cantrell and William Wallace Cantrell; and her siblings, William Wallace Cantrell Jr., Dorothy Cantrell Carlton, Pearl Florine Cantrell Gossett and Sarah Cantrell Osborne.

She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Swann (Ken) and Donna Brevard (John); her grandchildren, Heather Swann Banner (Ryan), Thomas Swann, Justin Brevard (Mary Nell) and Jason Brevard; and her great grandchildren, Owen Banner, Ava and Mila Brevard.
