He is survived by: his wife Pamela Sue Tucker Flatt of Cookeville; his sons, John Mark Flatt, Logan Randall Flatt (Katie) of Goodlettsville and Austin Williams of Goodlettsville; and his sisters, Diane Parrett of Sparta and Karen Smith (Ed) of Baxter.
