He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Holley Tillman; his children, Vickie (Bennie), James, Tommy (Libby), Bobby and Richard Tillman (George); his daughter-in-law Debra Tillman; his sister Peggy Fite; his sister-in-law Carolyn Woods; his grandchildren, Sarah, Stephanie, Heather Tillman, Brandi Murray (Josh) and Stacy Smith (Dwan); his great grandchildren, Hailee, Hayden Tillman, J. J. Fleming, Raelyn, Jackson Murray, Adler and Roane Smith; and his sibling's children, Danny, Donnie Hobbs and Wanda Hughes.
