She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Lawrence Carter and Susie Mabel Hampton Carter; and her siblings, G. W. Carter, James Carter, Bryan Carter, Rupert Carter, Edna Carter Baggett and Mary Katherine Carter Allison.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Hunter, Susan Hunter and Elizabeth Hunter; her grandsons, Jake and Brendan Suleski; and her sons-in-law, Sean Bacon and Sam Esper. She is also survived by her family, friends.
