He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mooney Manning; his children, Jacqueline Edwards (Rayon) and Isaac Lamonte Manning; his siblings, Linda Manning Sharpe, Charles Manning and Marilyn Manning Smith; his grandchildren, Briana Lee (Won Tae) and Brian Tomlinson; his great grandchild Saiya Tomlinson; and his sisters-in-law, Judith Mooney Hill and Paulette Russell (Bob). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews & friends.
