He is survived by: his wife Barbara Siple Jensen of Senatobia, Mississippi; his daughters, Lea Ann Lewis (Mark) of White Bluff, Tennessee and Patricia Jensen of Nashville, Tennessee; his stepdaughter Caren Henderson (Duane) of Mississippi; his grandchildren, Lindsy (Sean), Constance, Casie, Evan (Cameron), Jordan, Christy, Caitlyn and Seth; and his great grandchildren, Jaylan, Braden, Nathan, Grayson, Jesse (Destiny), Ciara, Makenzie, Ariyah, Karoline, Layla, Mia, Hadley, Rayla, Joseph and Ryker.
