He was predeceased by: his former wife Jean Robinson Stone; his parents, George Carl and Mary Elizabeth Peters Stone; his grandsons, Brandon and Bradley Arney; and his siblings, David, George, Kenneth, Robert Carl, John, Dorothea "Dorothy" and Abby.
He is survived by: his wife Tish Stone; and his children, Darla Anderson (Johnny), Karla Arney (Eddie), Mary Archey (Johnny), Shelia Rigsby, Maurece Ladd (Kim), Wendell, Elizabeth Ladd, Elliot, Leisa (Johnny Johnson) and Dawn Crossman. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
