She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas and Mary Frances Johnson; and her brother Tom Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Harold Summers; her sons, Jay Summers (Jamie) of Nashville, TN and Josh Summers (Kristen) of McKinney, TX.; her grandchildren, Cooper, Cam, Luke and Hadley Summers; and her brother Phil Johnson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cremation Center (9090 TN-100, Nashville, TN 37221).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Alzheimer's Association (https://donorservices.alz.org) or Nashville Humane Association in Jackie's honor.
