He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Hook and Dorothy Van Hook; and his wife Myra Sue Hayes (Susie). He is survived by: his son Brent (Susan Michelle); his grandsons, Matthew and John David Van Hook; his daughter Susan (Rod Riley); his grandchildren, Anna and Jack Riley; his sister Ann Parham; and his girlfriend Judy Taylor. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
