She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Shelton and Homer Lee Cary; her son William Harwell Murrey, Jr. (Bill); and her husband Dr. William Harwell Murrey of Lewisburg, TN. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Mark Murrey (Maloo) of Boone, NC, Dr. Dan Murrey (Katie Oates) of Asheville, NC, Cary Brimm (Jack) of Brentwood, TN and Margaret DiNella (Bill Able); her daughter-in-law Callie Morris Murrey of Pulaski, TN; and her grandchildren, Lou Murrey, Eli Murrey (Hannah), Sam Murrey, Lucy Murrey, Jack Brimm, Joe DiNella, Cary DiNella, William Brimm, Heron Murrey and Alder Murrey.
