He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Thomas Dawson and Sarah Dawson (Mims). He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his stepchildren, Nathan Dungan (Ashley) and Suni Goff (Chris); his grandchildren, Bailey, Toby, Brayden and Anna Claire; and his sisters, Pam Dawson (Gil Gibbs) and Debbie Shelton.
