She is survived by: her children, Larry Wix (Debbie), Patricia Smith (David), Glenda Johnson (Ray) and Elton O. Wix Jr. (Jamie); her grandchildren, Holly Wix (Tommy), Heather Young (Jonathan), Hailey Stephenson (Brandon), Misty Heitman (Michael), Keely Gilbert (Bobby), Garrett Smith, Brandon Bell (Christy), Justin Bell (Jessica), John Bell (Julia), Dani True (Austin) and Karmon Wix Clayborne; and her sisters, Helen Crabtree and Janice Revis.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Ark of Pegram, TN or the Alzheimer's Association in Jean Wix's honor.
