He is survived by: his children, Anthony "Tony" Cook (Angela Walters), Melanie Prince and Gloria Pack (Raymond "Butchie"); his grandchildren, Kelly Prince, Katey Christofferson, Jesse Prince, Taylor Prince, Elizabeth "Beth" Brown, Aaron Pack and Elijah Pack; and his pet Casper. He is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
