He is survived by: his children, Darby Stephens (Nikki), Kathy Spicer (Chad) and Macey Stephens (Angela); his grandchildren, Montana Spicer, Abi Rowe (Chandler), Sarah Stephens, Kendall Spicer, Madeline Stephens (Tucker Ford), Kayla Stephens (Peyton Adams), Ansley Stephens, Kadence Stephens and Eli Stephens; his great grandchildren, Rhys Rowe and Grady Rowe; and his sister Patsy Gamble.
