He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Smith and Dorothy Hoffman Smith; and his brother Johny Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Bobby Smith (Betty Sue) and Joy Mullen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Woodbury Funeral Home (504 W Main St, Woodbury, TN 37190). A graveside service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Riverside Cemetery (135 Cemetery Dr, Woodbury, TN 37190).
