He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Neil, Dove Forbes, Wyatt and Elizabeth Anderson; his parents, Dr. Neil M. Forbes, Jr. and Pauline Anderson Forbes; his sister Lorraine Forbes Gipson; and his brother-in-law Douglas L. Gipson.
He is survived by: his sister Rebecca Forbes Pucheu (Jacque); and his nieces and nephews, Lauren Rebecca Gipson, Katherine Pucheu Theall (Torrey), Alex Pucheu (Tiffany) and Philippe Pucheu (Jamie). He is also survived by seven great-nieces and nephews.
