He was predeceased by: his parents, William David Potts Sr. and Ruth Deloris Jean Bland; and his brother Joel Damon Potts. He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole Dawn Dick and Jessica Cheri Potts Ebinger (Brent); his siblings, William David Potts Jr. and Debra Jean Potts; and his grandchildren, Cody Daniel Dick and Kinsli Sky Ebinger. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
