He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Fred "Chief" Landers Sr. and Dorothy "Dottie" Landers; and his siblings, Connie Landers and William "Bill" Landers. He is survived by: his nephews, Bobby Brannon of Dallas and Mike Brannon of Austin.
