She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. J. Herman Head and Vivian Hopton Head; her sister Mary Janice Head; and her stepson Kenneth Johnston. She is survived by: her brothers, J. Sterling Head (Spring Hill) and W. Michael Head (Nashville); her children, Edie Johnston Kelsey and Eddie of Nashville; her stepsons, Doug Jr. (Brentwood), Evan (Lebanon) and Chris (Thompson Station); her grandchildren, Thomas Hadley Kelsey Jr. (Nashville), Josh Johnston (Kelly), Todd Johnston, Vivian Brynne Kelsey (New York City), Edith Elise Kelsey, Mikailie Dale Kelsey (Nashville), Brooklyn Elizabeth Kelsey (Nashville), Meredith Johnston, Caroline Johnston (Nashville), Laurel Johnston (Lebanon), Cara Johnston Kovolisky (New Jersey) and Ashley Johnston (Nashville); and her siblings' children, Elizabeth Hawkins, Christine Robson, Rhori, Neil, Mark, Tim and Lochlan Johnston.
