He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Hopper, Sr. and Margaret Oliver Hopper. He is survived by: his wife Sara Dee Young Hopper; his children, John Denton Hopper, Sr. (Tracy) and Marian Katherine Hopper; and his grandchildren, Sara-Anne Gatos Hopper, John Denton Hopper, Jr., Bradley Christopher Jackson, Jr., Patrick Harrison Jackson and Wilson Oliver Jackson.
