He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Maryanne Belser of Columbia and Amy Greathouse of Nashville; his grandchildren, Hill, Heyward, John Belser and Margaret; his children, William, Miller and Warner Greathouse; and his brothers, David Warner (Mary) and Gregg Warner (Jamie).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations made to St. George's Episcopal Church or Harding Academy, both institutions being the foundations of his family life.
