He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Mitchell (Rob Mitchell), Kevin Kuhlman (Christine Kuhlman), Chris Kuhlman, Max Kuhlman (Brandy Kuhlman) and Bonnie Kuhlman; his grandchildren, Andrew Mitchell, Josh Mitchell (Emily Mitchell), Hope Mitchell, Grace Manning, Zach Kuhlman, Colton Breazeale and Logan Breazeale; his great grandchild Atlas Johnson; his parents, Grace Manning and Cody Manning; and his brothers, David Kuhlman and Jim Kuhlman. He is also survived by his caregiver alongside her parents for the past 3 years.
