It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Elizabeth Johnson of Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on August 10, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelly Gibbs Lee and Oscar David Lee; her husband Roy Allen Johnson, Sr.; her grandson Roy Allen Johnson, III; and her siblings, Florence Ann Snow and Oscar David Lee Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Roy Allen Johnson Jr. (Karyn), Richard Lee Johnson, Sr., David Wayne Johnson, Janice Faye Rogers (David) and Elizabeth Ann Johnson; and her grandchildren, Kristina Martinez (Danny), Katherine Miller (John), Richard Johnson Jr., David Johnson, Kasey Brandon (Justin), Marion Doherty (JD), Samuel Rogers (Birdie), Rio Cañas, Emily Cañas and Charlotte Cañas.
