She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Evans and Mary Evans; her husband Dennis Smalling; and her brothers, Roger Evans and James Evans.

She is survived by : her great grandchild Emma Smalling; and her brother Floyd Evans.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Spring Hill Funeral Home (5110 Gallatin Pike, Nashville, TN 37216). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
