She is survived by: her father Lee Lumpkin; her husband Herman Michael Floyd; her daughters, Terrace Ellsworth of Sand Springs, OK and Brianna Brown of Phoenix, Arizona; her stepson John Michael Floyd (Stefanie); and her grandchildren, Chandler Alexander of Nashville, Jadyn of Nashville, Taylor of Nashville, Julian Floyd of Nashville and Ethan Floyd of Nashville.
