With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Katherine Ireys Diehl of Nashville, Tennessee, born in Memphis, Tennessee, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sons, Charles Edward Purple (Kathryn) and Robert George Purple (Carly); her brother William Hunt Diehl; and her grandchildren, Charlie, Amelia and David Purple.
