She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Randall Phillips and Louise Taylor Phillips; her brother Randy Phillips; and her sister-in-law Shelley Phillips. She is survived by : her children, Brenton Meadows (Ashley), Lance Meadows (Regina) and Paige Meadows Ring (Wesley); her grandchildren, Dean Meadows, Grant Meadows, Lucy Ring, Lillian Meadows, Audrey Meadows, Anna Ring and Sam Ring; her brother Edward "Eddie" Phillips (Janice); and her close friend Juanita Jett.
