He was predeceased by: his wife Bobbie Keel; his father Vernon "Cliff" Clifton Keel; and his brother Steven "Tony" Anthony Keel. He is survived by: his mother Glenda Sue Keel; his sister Teresa Keel Hicks (Todd); his children, Glenda Prescott (Jamie), Stephanie Keel and Kenneth "Cliff" Clifton Keel; and his grandchildren, Jalen, Jaycee, Montay, Terrian, Tyson, Hayden and Kyleigh.
