He was predeceased by: his wife JoAnne Dilworth Moore; his parents, Edna Elizabeth Garrett Moore and Lucian Moore, Sr.; and his siblings, Lucian, Jr., Benard and Marie Russell.
He is survived by: his sister Bonnie Cole; his daughter Lisa Moore Spangler; his granddaughters, Amanda Spangler and Emily Spangler Gould (Aaron); and his great grandchildren, Penelope, Matthew and Charles. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
