She was predeceased by: her father Charlie Kenneth Dubois, Sr.; her children, Danny Wayne Parsley and Naomi Jean Moss; her husband Thomas Eugene Parsley, Sr.; her siblings, Kenneth DuBois, Jr., John DuBois, James DuBois, Camille Hicks and Charlene West; her grandson David Allen; and her great grandchild Willow Parsley.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Eugene Parsley Jr. (Kari), Jerry Parsley, Penny Whitaker (Kevin), Bonnie Neville (Tim), Connie Hall and Kimberly Parsley. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
