She is survived by: her son Anthony Carr of Smithville, TN; her grandchildren, Deondre Carr and Sierra Carr; her great grandchildren, Jordan Carr, Gemini Carr and Remi Carr; her siblings, Nancy Wilkerson of Viola, TN, Jessie Crawford (Bedford) of Nashville, TN, Samuel Wooten of Nashville, TN and Donnie Wooten (Mildred) of Manchester, TN; and her niece Rita Tate of Nashville, TN. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
