She is survived by: her sister Louise Toothman Hayes; and her children, Janet Smith Sexton (Garry), Sandra J Smith, Donna Smith Seger (Dan), Thomas Jay Smith (Kellie) and Karen Adele Sipes (Kevin). She is also survived by 6 children and 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
