He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Daniel E. Sr. Martin and Ruby N. Martin; his wife Kimberly D. Martin; his son Mason M. Martin; his brothers, George R. Chaplin and Judge Daniel E. Martin, Jr.; his aunt Vivian; his uncles, Martin Jones of Baltimore, MD and Jacob J. Martin of Bluffton, SC; and his sisters-in-law, Reba Hough-Martin and Vanessa Chaplin.
