He is survived by: his parents, Laura Van Sickle and Dave Van Sickle; and his siblings, Simone Van Sickle (Bardwell) and Gerielle Bogus (Van Sickle). He is also survived by his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to either organization: Cumberland Heights, 8283 River Rd Pike, Nashville, TN 37209.
