She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Rhoton and Effie Rhoton; her siblings, Geneva Hickey, Donnie Cardona, William and Verble Rhoton; her son Ronald Glenn Langley; and her grandson Eric Lee Van Kluyve.
She is survived by: her husband Earl Langley; her daughter Donna Van Kluyve; her grandson Richard Van Kluyve; her great grandchildren, Liam, Layne, Valerie and Louie VanKluve; and her sibling's children, Cheryl Addington, Bob, Lonnie and Ronnie Hickey.
Contributions in Melba's memory can be made to Welch College or the Nashville Rescue Mission, organizations that were close to her heart.
