He was predeceased by: his partner Michaele Sullivan; and his sister Charlene Estrin. He is survived by: his children, Russell S Goldman (Karen), Lori Cantey (Charles), Tracy Diamond and Brian Goldman (Melanie); his grandchildren, Alan Cantey (Malina), Scott Cantey (Jessamine), Leah Warner (Jay), Joseph Goldman, Connor Snipes, Molly Snipes, Ethan Goldman and Abby Goldman; David Estrin (Vicki), Lucy Cantey, Cynthia Haggard (Mike) and Jessica McDowell (Ethan).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Shriners Children's Hospitals, an organization that was close to his heart.
