He was predeceased by: his father Jim Gresham; and his brother Jack Gresham. He is survived by: his mother Beverly Gresham; his brothers, Greg Gresham (Vicky) and Tim Gresham (Angela); and his sister-in-law Flotyl Gresham. He is also survived by 5 nieces and 3 nephews.
