He is survived by: his parents, Tim Hamilton and Patricia Hamilton of Nashville, TN; his children, Katherine Hamilton, Daniel and Andrew Hamilton; his close friend Heather Eaves of Chattanooga; and his siblings, Teresa Bass (Patrick) and Jeff Hamilton (Molly) of Ackworth, GA. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
