He was predeceased by: his mother Darlene England. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Blik; his children, Kelsey Leavell (Wade), Cameron Blik and Brandon Chamberlain (Summer); his father Dan Blik; his stepmother Karen Blik; his siblings, Kevin England and Metta Foley; and his stepbrother Tyler Blik. He is also survived by his five grandchildren.
