She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Stephens; her parents, Hershel Warrick and Hazel Warrick; and her sister Rebecca Carey. She is survived by: her children, Tammie Myres (Tom), Randy Stephens (Beth) and Lisa Adkins (Jim); and her grandchildren, Michael Myres (Alicia Crimmons), Blake Myres, John Stephens, William Stephens, Kathryn Stephens and Annie Stephens.
