We are sad to announce that on May 11, 2023, at the age of 72, Penny Moore Waters of Nashville, Tennessee, born in Peoria, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carl Moore and Brownie Moore; her sister Pam Moore; her grandson Taylor Brewer; her great-nephew Nick McMillan; her son Justin Brewer (Tracy); her grandson Colten Shepherd; and her sisters, Pat Griffen of Peoria, IL and Peggy McMillan of Nashville, TN. She was also cherished by loving nieces, nephews.
