He was predeceased by: his wife Lina Wells Grammer; his parents, Eugene Philip Grammer Sr. and Lillian Bonner Grammer; and his siblings, John Grammer and Pat Owen.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mandy Grammer Gauldin (Tim) and Tiffany Grammer Kimbro (Kevin); and his grandchildren, Ben Gauldin, Jack Gauldin, Maggie Kimbro, Lila Kimbro and Bea Kimbro.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Tennessee Baptist Children's Home in Phil's honor.
